Support Scope

Please note that PaySG's support is specifically intended for government services and does not extend to providing assistance to individual members of the public who may encounter technical difficulties while making payments for specific services. In such cases, we recommend contacting the relevant service's support directly.

Support Process

During Office Hours

Our office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. For support during these hours, you can reach us via email at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2 working days. In the event of an emergency, our team is available outside of office hours.

Out of Hours

For critical incidents affecting live services, we provide 24-hour online support. If you encounter an emergency situation, such as the inability of your team to log in, a significant number of users experiencing payment issues, or suspected data leakage of sensitive information, we will respond within 30 minutes and provide hourly updates until the problem is resolved.
