Adding collaborators

The collaborator feature in PaySG allows you to add colleagues to your payment service, enabling them to view and edit the service's settings and payment links.
Step 1: Accessing the Payment Service Settings

    Log in to your PaySG account using your credentials.
  2. 2.
    Navigate to the PaySG Admin Dashboard.
  3. 3.
    Locate the payment service for which you want to add or remove collaborators.
Step 2: Adding Collaborators
All collaborators will have full access to the relevant payment service and its payment links. We do not have permission/access control settings for now.

    Click on the payment service to access its settings.
  2. 2.
    Look for the "Collaborators" section within the settings.
  3. 3.
    Click on the "Collaborators" option to manage the list of collaborators for this payment service.
  4. 4.
    Within the Collaborators settings, you will find an input field to enter the email addresses of the colleagues you want to add as collaborators.
  5. 5.
    Type in the email addresses of the people you'd like to collaborate with on this payment service.
  6. 6.
    Once you have entered the email addresses, click on the "Add" button.
Step 3: Removing Collaborators
  1. 1.
    To remove a collaborator, navigate back to the Collaborators settings within the payment service.
  2. 2.
    Locate the collaborator you want to remove from the list.
  3. 3.
    Click on the delete icon next to the collaborator's email address.
